Martin has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years, beginning his career with us through a forestry apprenticeship. Over the years, he has developed extensive practical knowledge and hands-on experience across a wide range of woodland and countryside projects.
Martin is NPTC qualified and is recognised for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards across every project. His experience in forestry operations, habitat management and countryside maintenance makes him an important part of the Deeper Green team.
Cuillin Martin
Woodland Creation Senior Team Lead and Admin
Cuillin has been with Deeper Green for over six years, having started her career through an apprenticeship in Countryside Working. During her time with the company, she has built a strong range of practical skills and experience across woodland and countryside management projects.
Cuillin is NPTC qualified and works across all areas of the business, consistently delivering work to a high standard. She has a particular interest in woodland creation, where her knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail help support the successful establishment of new woodlands and habitats.
Scott Lintern
Estates Team Lead
Scott is our longest-serving member of staff, having been part of the Deeper Green team for over 11 years. He began his career with us through an apprenticeship in Countryside Working and has since developed extensive experience across a wide range of woodland and countryside projects.
Scott is NPTC qualified and is highly regarded for his reliability, practical knowledge and consistent high standards of work. His long-standing experience within the company makes him a key part of the team, contributing to everything from woodland management to habitat and access improvement projects.
Anna Brunton
Director
Anna has worked alongside Gareth since the very beginning of Deeper Green and has played a key role in the growth and development of the business. With more than 30 years of experience within the forestry and countryside sector, she has extensive knowledge in all aspects of woodland creation, management, and environmental projects.
Having stepped back from practical site work, Anna now focuses on supporting the day-to-day running of the business while providing woodland management and woodland creation advisory services. Her experience and long-standing industry knowledge help guide projects from initial planning through to successful long-term management.

Over the last 30 years we have worked with a diverse range of clients including The Woodland Trust, RSPB. Natural England, The Environmental Agency, farmers, schools, local authorities and private estate owners and their management agencies.
Insured & Certified
Deeper Green Services is fully insured for Public & Employer’s Liability and Professional Indemnity. Our staff are apprentice served and hold all the relevant NPTC certification. As an organisation we pride ourselves in offering an inclusive and equitable workplace environment and are members of the Living Wage Foundation.
